Trump Wants Biden Drug Tested Ahead Of First Debate

  • Current President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump are slated to have their first debate on CNN in Georgia on June 27th.
  • Trump is claiming that Biden was on drugs during his State of the Union address, and wants him to be drug tested before their debate.
  • Members of the Republican Party are backing Trump’s claim, which isn’t the first time he has accused a Democrat candidate of being on drugs.

The election cycle is heading up, with just over five months to go until November. While the nominees for each party haven’t been officially named, it’ll be a massive shocker if the Democrats go with anyone other than current President, Joe Biden. Meanwhile, the Republicans will likely go back to former President Donald Trump.

CNN has scheduled a pair of presidential debates between Biden and Trump. The first is slated to go on June 27th at the CNN studios in Georgia. The second will be in September. Along with CNN, ABC will also air the debates.

Trump is wasting no time going on the offensive, to no one’s surprise. He has accused Biden of being on drugs at the State of the Union in March. The 45th President of the United States wants Biden drug tested ahead of the debates.

Trump Calls For Biden Drug Test At Party Dinner, Fox News Host Is Skeptical

The Hill reported that, at a Lincoln Reagan Dinner for the Republican Party on May 17th, Trump made his accusations of Biden being on drugs. He said:

I’m gonna demand a drug test, too, by the way. I am, no, I really am. I don’t want him coming in like the State of the Union, he was high as a kite.

The day before, The Hill also reported that Republican lawmaker Greg Murphy stated Biden “must have been jacked up” during the address. In the same article, Murphy also accused Biden of getting a facelift.

On Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures With Maria Bartiromo, the host asked her guests, Byron Donalds and Anna Paulina Luna, if there should be a drug test before the debate. Donalds believed that there should be a drug test, but he only mentioned Biden. Luna seemed to imply that both should take a drug test. Meanwhile, Bartiromo replied:

These are obviously very serious charges that he is jacked up, we don’t know. We’re not doctors. We have no idea.

Sportsbooks List Odds For Drugs Biden Could Test Positive For

Trusted online sportsbook BetOnline has listed odds for drugs that could be found in a positive test for the 46th President of the United States.

Adderall, which is prescribed to ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) patients, is the favorite if you bet on political events. Methamphetamine, cocaine, steroids, and PCP/angel dust are next on the list. There are currently no odds for anything Trump could test positive for.

The next few months are going to feature more of the same as Trump and Biden jostle for voters ahead of the November presidential election. Biden and his camp have yet to address Trump’s allegations. To his credit, Biden received praise for his State of the Union address in March, which gave his next US president odds a small bump.

This isn’t the first time Trump has accused someone of being on drugs. NBC News reported in 2016 that Trump wanted Hillary Clinton to take a drug test ahead of their final debate. The previously mentioned Newsweek article also revealed that Trump wanted Biden to take a drug test before their final debate in 2020. There were no drug tests for Biden or Trump before that debate.
