Overall Rating of JustBet: 3.7 out of 5
We would recommend JustBet as an online sportsbook in and of itself, but we cannot say the same for the online casino. That might be the biggest flaw at this site as well as their sparse banking options for deposits and payouts. The online casino only has a small handful of games and no live dealer tables.
On the bright side of things, the site has an attractive user interface, an excellent selection of sports betting markets, top-rated customer service, and a strong lineup of real money bonuses and promotions for new bettors and regular customers alike. While we recommend this site to our readers, it does not come without some big flaws.
Sports Markets and Game Selection: 3 out of 5
While there are some excellent sports betting markets to be found at JustBet, their online casino is nothing to write home about, in all honesty. There is a huge slew of sports betting markets and international leagues for sports bettors to choose from, but when it comes to online casino games, there is just a small handful of slots, video poker games, and table games available. While this is a site we would recommend for sports betting, we would not recommend that anyone use it solely for playing real money casino games! Sports bettors at JustBet can enjoy a variety of ways to place their bets including props, futures, and many others!
JustBet Bonuses and Promotions: 4 out of 5
This was one of the best parts of our review of JustBet! If there is one thing that we can really point to with JustBet as far as their strengths go, we would have to feature their real money bonus and promotion selection. Something we really enjoyed seeing was their large assortment of reload offers for regular players. Many online betting sites will focus on strong welcome offers and skimp on reloads or daily bonuses for those who are regulars at the site. But that is not the case at all at JustBet! We also loved seeing so many bonuses that were geared toward rewarding crypto players. JustBet is an extremely crypto-friendly site!
User Interface: 4 out of 5
In doing this review of JustBet, we really enjoyed what we saw with their user interface and their overall setup. The sportsbook and casino have a sleek and modern look with plenty of engaging graphics and a great menu setup for an intuitive experience as you navigate the site. There are a few important areas of the site that can only be accessed by menus at the bottom of the home screen, but overall we really enjoyed JustBet’s user interface. There are also some great links on the main page that cover live and mobile betting as well as the props betting selection.
Banking Options: 2.5 out of 5
There are not a whole lot of banking options available for deposits or payouts at JustBet and there are some high fees that come with most payout options (minus Bitcoin). Some of the good things going on with banking at JustBet include no limits on deposits for bank wires and Person to Person and the high limits of deposits with Bitcoin ($25,000). There are definitely some solid methods available here, but we would ultimately like to see more options for deposits and payouts as well as a reduction of fees with payouts.
Mobile Connectivity: 4 out of 5
The one downside here is the lack of a mobile betting app, but that is about it! Everything else with the mobile experience at JustBet is par for the course and we are really satisfied with everything that we saw in our JustBet review. Android and iOS devices can be used for accessing JustBet on a 24/7 basis including devices like smartphones and tablets. JustBet works really well on small mobile devices, free of glitches and errors and all made possible with a web browser and a reliable internet connection!
Customer Service and Support: 4.5 out of 5
Like with mobile, we were extremely satisfied with the customer service we experienced when visiting JustBet! Customers can get in touch with a customer service representative 24 hours a day when they use the toll-free phone line or speak face-to-face using the live chat feature. Emailing is also a possibility with a response time of 24 hours or less. We really enjoyed the support we received, the staff is knowledgeable and capable. They were also quite friendly in all their dealings with us and were able to address problems and concerns quickly and with ease.
JustBet User Interface
JustBet has an interesting look and one that is appealing to the eye. Everything is displayed on a black backdrop and is accented with white and orange text and some engaging graphics! The home page in particular has a set of rotating images and information on bonuses that give the site a really modern and sleek feel! JustBet has an attractive design and really captures the viewer’s attention right away.
The menus are well-organized at JustBet as well. The main menu at the top of the home page is a great base by which you can navigate to all the various areas of the site that are most important including Sports, Casino, Racebook, Promotions, and Customer Service. One complaint that we did have with the menu setup was that some information could only be accessed at the menu at the bottom of the home page.
It was not really that big of a deal, but if you are looking for information on areas like banking options and some other things, you will need to navigate to the bottom.
We really like seeing the Sign Up and Log In buttons featured prominently at the top of the home page, the live chat speech bubble icon featured on each page of the site, and their links on the home page directly customers to more information on live betting, mobile betting, and their selection of props bets.
JustBet Sports Betting and Casino Games
JustBet performed exceptionally well on one side of this category and performs poorly on the other. While bettors can enjoy a wide range of sports betting markets at JustBet, we cannot say the same for the casino side which has only a small number of real money casino games available. If you are visiting this site for sports betting, it comes without a seal of approval.
But we would not necessarily recommend coming here to play casino games. JustBet’s online casino might be a perfect diversion for sports bettors who are at the site for sports betting in the first place, but it is not anything that we feel our readers should use in and of itself.

JustBet for Mobile
By doing this, they can still click an icon on their home screen and go straight to the site from there. The difference here, however, is the fact that you will be reliant on an internet connection.
As far as the mobile experience goes, we feel that JustBet does really great transitioning from the large screen down to the small screen of a mobile device. By and large, the navigation stays the same. There are a lot of gambling sites out there that might reformat their menu to accommodate a smaller screen, but that is not the case at JustBet! The site operates free of glitches errors, and lagging on mobile and, as always, the graphics and overall display of the site look wonderful on the smaller screen.
