I’m going to go with a little value and bet on the Marcahuasi Rocks in Peru. While it is only about 40 miles east of Lima, Peru’s capital city, it’s still isolated in the Andes Mountains, the longest mountain range in the entire world.
That would give the aliens privacy to do their work, likely underground as to not alert tourists. I can’t see aliens setting up shop in a major city, as there is too much going on. Marcahuasi is the perfect place to reveal a UFO spacecraft.
