Can You Beat the Geek for a Free Trip to an NFL Game?

We’re excited to announce Beat the Geek: a free NFL handicap contest with prizes worth over $15,000! Challenge our artificial intelligence model (aka the Geek) with your NFL picks for a chance to win a trip to an NFL game for two, MacBook Pro, AirPods Pro, and more.

Each week of the 2024–25 NFL regular season, the Geek will submit picks against the spread (ATS), while you can submit your own ATS predictions. If you Beat the Geek by submitting more winning picks over the course of the season, you will have a chance to win the Grand Prize — a trip for two to a regular season NFL game during the 2025–26 season! And there are more prizes!

Registration is open now, and you can submit your picks for the current week.

Beat the Geek NFL contest
  • 1 x MacBook Pro for the player with most winning picks
  • 3 x AirPods Pro as grand prize draw consolations
  • 54 x $100 Amazon gift cards for the top three players with most winning picks every week throughout the regular season.

One good round is enough to get a piece of the pie! And the best part is that the Beat the Geek NFL handicap contest with huge prizes is completely free to enter.

Beat the Geek Prizes

If you Beat the Geek over the course of the season (making picks for at least 136 games), you will be entered in a draw for the Grand Prize: an NFL trip for two that includes tickets, accommodation, and travel expenses covered by The Sports Geek! The draw will also include three pairs of AirPods as consolation prizes.

The player with the most winning picks over the course of the season will win a MacBook, and there are prizes for all weekly winners.

The top 3 players every week will get an Amazon gift card worth $100 (54 of them in total), so don’t lose hope if you start slowly. A strong performance in only one NFL game week is all it takes!
