As we head into Week 7 of the 2022 NFL Regular Season, there’s only one unbeaten team left, the Eagles with a perfect 6-0 record. NFL sportsbook, BetUS, has a Philadelphia Eagles Prop bet asking whether or not the Eagles will finish the NFL Regular Season off at 17-0-0.
There have been 8 teams who have gone undefeated in NFL history, with five of those going on to win the NFL Championship and finish perfect. Only two of those teams have done it in the Super Bowl era, the famous Dolphins in 1972 and the Patriots in 2011. And just one went 17-0-0.
In 1972, the Miami Dolphins became the first team in NFL history to go through an entire season undefeated and untied. The Dolphins’ 17-0-0 season culminated with a 14-7 victory over the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl VII. It is a unique feat that has stood the test of time pic.twitter.com/x9D6zMF059

- 1923—Canton Bulldogs 11-0-1 (Champion)

Miami Head Coach Don Shula led Miami to a perfect 14-0-0 mark in the 1972 NFL Regular Season. He then led the Dolphins to a memorable victory in Super Bowl VII, beating the NFC champion Washington (14-7).
At the time, Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles odds were a robust 16/1. Anyone backing that Philadelphia Eagles Prop bet was already able to cash after the Dolphins lost to the Bengals in Week 4. Let’s take a closer look at Philly’s chances to go undefeated in the 2022-23 regular season.

Will the Eagles Finish the 2022-23 Regular Season Undefeated?
Betting action on this Philadelphia Eagles undefeated Prop for the Regular Season will be heavier on the “Yes” (11/1) than the “No” (-3300) for a couple of reasons.
Let’s take a look at the Eagles Regular Season schedule and then analyze the remaining 11 games to try to determine which will be toughest spots for this team.

As a pats fan, I wouldn’t boast about your defense letting up 35 to the lions
Take a look at this schedule, im not calling the eagles ass but this is a little pathetic, I won’t be suprised if yall go 17-0 this schedule is that easy pic.twitter.com/g0a7q3VRKl

The next 11 games for the Eagles see the first four games looking like a chance for Philadelphia to have a 10-0 start after this Bye Week. They will face the Steelers, Texans, Commanders, and Colts. All these games will see the Eagles as the betting favorites. But Pittsburgh won’t be scared as they just beat the Buccaneers.
If Hurts and the Eagles are 14-0 heading into Week 16 and Christmas Eve (December 24) at Jerryworld and Dallas, this will be one of the biggest games of the year. If the Cowboys can hold serve and be 12-2 that meeting may have potential NFC East title implications.
The @Eagles are the @NFL’s last unbeaten team and lead the league with a +9 turnover differential.
They can become the 4th team in the Super Bowl era to start 6-0 & have a positive turnover differential in each victory. pic.twitter.com/XegsdzACvC

In Week 17, Philadelphia faces the Saints at Home in the City of Brotherly Love, and this could be a tough game if the Saints are fighting for their NFL Playoffs lives. Should the Eagles be 16-0 heading into Week 18 with the Saquon Barkley and Giants coming to town,
The Eagles have had two 3-point wins and were actually down to Detroit in Week 1 after the 1st Quarter (7-0). But Philadelphia rushed for 4 TDs and held off the Lions, 38-35 at Ford Field in Detroit. This Philadelphia Eagles Prop bet is entertaining and looking at the schedule, a 17-0-0 Regular Season is not out of the question. But is it realistic?
