2024 Dancing with the Stars odds flipped every week during Season 33 of the show, it seemed. The best entertainment betting sites would usually react to each episode by tweaking the prices, and we tried to take full advantage of the odds!
I updated this article weekly, so continue reading for the closing DWTS winner odds, a complete analysis of the Season 33 finale, and my Dancing with the Stars recap, including who won!
Dancing with the Stars Odds for Season 33 (UPDATED WEEKLY)
The closing Season 33 Dancing with the Stars odds were courtesy of BetOnline:
DANCER | ODDS |
---|---|
Joey Graziadei | -200 |
Chandler Kinney | +100 |
Danny Amendola | +300 |
Stephen Nedoroscik | +1200 |
Ilona Maher | +1600 |
Joey Graziadei (-200) had an implied probability of 66.7% to win going into the finale, which was three hours long! Chandler Kinney (+100) was down to second with a 50% implied probability to win, but based on total scores over the two semifinal dances, Kinney and Graziadei were actually tied!
Danny Amendola (+300) was still in the mix, waiting for the top two to slip up. He had a 25% implied chance to win Season 33 of Dancing with the Stars.
Stephen Nedoroscik (+1200) and Ilona Maher (+1600) brought up the rear heading into the finale! There was no one eliminated after the semifinal, which means all five teams were still eligible going into the three-hour final episode on November 26. That means there was a chance for surprises, which we saw on Tuesday night!

Dancing with the Stars 2024 Favorites
Before delving into my Dancing with the Stars Season 33 predictions, let’s analyze the top favorites to win the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy:
Joey Graziadei (-200)
Graziadei and Jenna Johnson had a phenomenal finale performance, opening up with a perfect score of 30 for their Cha-Cha-Cha to “Can’t Stop the Feeling” by Justin Timberlake.
The Bachelor star then put up a 29 with his partner as they did a freestyle to “Canned Heat” by District 78 (featuring Jake Simpson).
That gave the duo a score of 59, which would then be applied as a percentage of the team’s total score after public voting was accounted for. But the 59 gave Graziadei and Johnson a great start!
Chandler Kinney (+100)
Once again, Kinney and Brandon Armstrong were perfect in the eyes of the DWTS judges! The pair got a perfect 30 for their jive routine to “Apt.” by Rose and Bruno Mars.
Next, the duo got another perfect score of 30 for their freestyle to “Hellzapoppin’” by Eyal Vilner Big Band, and “Move On Up” by Curtis Mayfield.
That gave Kinney and Armstrong a perfect 60 going into the audience voting!
Danny Amendola (+300)
Amendola and Witney Carson started slow with a 27 for their tango to “I Had Some Help” by Post Malone (featuring Morgan Wallen).
The former NFL receiver and Carson improved with a 29 for their freestyle routine to “Pink” by Lizzo, and “I’m Just Ken” by Ryan Gosling, from the Barbie movie.
Their combined score of 56 from the judges was fine, but not as good as the top two, as Amendola and Carson have been for most of Season 33 of Dancing with the Stars!
Stephen Nedoroscik (+1200)
Nedoroscik and partner Rylee Arnold had an up-and-down season on Dancing with the Stars, but they were great in the finale. They kicked it off with a 29 for their quickstep dance to “I’ll Be There for You” by The Rembrandts, better know as the theme song to Friends.
The Olympic medal-winning gymnast and his partner then put up a perfect 30 for their freestyle to “Viva la Vida” by Coldplay.
The duo had a combined judges score of 59, meaning they weren’t out of it yet, and their Season 33 Dancing with the Stars odds were going to offer tremendous betting value!
Ilona Maher (+1600)
Maher and partner Alan Bersten had the longest Season 33 DWTS odds going into the finale, and they got off to a bit of a rough start with a 27 for their jive to “Shake a Tail Feather” by Ray Charles and the Blues Brothers.
But the rubgy star, who won bronze with the United States at the Olympics in Paris, picked it up with a 30 for her freestyle to “Femininomenon” by “District 78 (featuring Mona Rue). That gave Maher and Bersten a combined score of 57 going into the audience voting, giving them a chance.
Season 33 Dancing with the Stars Finale Recap and Winner
It was definitely a tense night that was stretched out for three hours on ABC! Voting was opened up when the finale started at 8:00 PM ET, and would go until about 10:45 PM ET, leaving 15 minutes to tally the votes. The winner would be decided on a combination of the judges’ score, and the audience voting.
In fifth place was Amendola and Carson, followed by Nedoroscik and Arnold in fourth place. It was a tough end for Amendola, who was looking to become the first NFL player since Rashad Jennings in Season 24 to win Dancing with the Stars! Nedoroscik was attempting to become the first gymnast to win since Season 23’s Laurie Hernandez.
Shockingly, Kinney and Armstrong fell to third place, meaning she must not have done that well in the audience voting. It was a shame, because the Disney star should have at least finished in the top two. She was my pick to win, going into the finale.
That means it was down to Maher and Graziadei, and we were left to wonder if we would get a major upset at online sportsbooks! But it was not to be as Maher and Bersten finished second, which meant Graziadei and Johnson were named the Season 33 winners of Dancing with the Stars!
Graziadei joins Hannah Brown of The Bachelorette, who won in Season 28, and Kaitlyn Bristowe, also of The Bachelorette and Season 29 winner, as Bachelor Nation contestants to win this competition! The audience voting definitely had a major say in who won this season, although Graziadei is well deserving. He and Kinney were the best performers all season long! Graziadei would pay out with closing Season 33 Dancing with the Stars odds of -200.
That concludes another season of Dancing with the Stars, which hasn’t officially been renewed for Season 34. However, they had good ratings this season, so it’s a safe bet to say that it’ll be back in 2025, and I’ll be here to keep you updated on all the latest happenings!
