As the champions, Manchester City (+350) enter this tournament as the favorites at soccer betting sites, with an implied probability of 22.2% of winning! The Premier League champions have been the dominant force in England recently, winning six of the last seven titles.
But right behind them is Real Madrid (+400), with an implied chance of 20% to win. The Spanish champions are no strangers to this tournament, which they’ve won a record five times! Real Madrid has never lost in a FIFA Club World Cup final match.
Germany’s Bayern Munich (+500) have won this tournament twice, and they come in with an implied probability of 16.7% to claim a third FIFA Club World Cup victory. Despite losing the Bundesliga to undefeated Bayer Leverkusen last season, Bayern is still considered the strongest team in Germany, and they’re definitely a threat to win this tournament.
When checking out these FIFA Club World Cup odds, consider that Europe has largely commanded this tournament. Brazilian clubs Corinthians, São Paulo, and Internacional won the first three editions in 2000, 2001, and 2006, respectively. Since then, it has been all Europe, except for Corinthians’ win over Chelsea in the 2012 final.

2025 FIFA World Cup Groups
The competition was expanded from seven teams to 32 in December 2022, and it was immediately denounced by players’ unions, who claim that it’s too much in an already-congested workload. Manchester City’s Rodri even said that players could strike over the increased number of games.
But FIFA pushed it through, and a random draw created eight groups of four teams each. The top two teams from each group advance after round-robin competition, then it moves to the knockout stages. Teams will play 90 minutes, then 30 minutes of extra time, and a penalty shootout, if necessary. The final takes place on July 13, 2025.

2025 FIFA Club World Cup Favorites
Now, let’s take a look at the favorites in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup odds at offshore sportsbooks, which predicts a three-team race to the final.
Manchester City (+350)
Manchester City added the FIFA Club World Cup trophy to their mantle in 2023, which was a banner year for the club. They won the Premier League, FA Cup, and Champions League to complete the treble. They also won the UEFA Super Cup, which is played between the Champions League winners, and the Europa League winners, edging Sevilla on penalties. City hammered Fluminense 4-0 in the 2023 FIFA Club World Cup final.

City have had a rocky start to their Premier League and Champions League campaigns, and it remains to be seen if they’ll have Ballon d’Or winner Rodri back for the FIFA Club World Cup. The midfielder tore his ACL in November, and this tournament might come too early. City also has to figure out what to do with Kevin De Bruyne, whose contract expires at the end of the season.
But the Citizens still have plenty of talent, like Erling Haaland, Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, and they have arguably the best manager in the world in Pep Guardiola. The Spanish manager just signed an extension to stay on at City, and as long as he is there, they’re a threat to win any tournament. Now, they just have to deal with those pesky 115 charges of alleged financial wrongdoing.
Real Madrid (+400)
Real Madrid will be motivated to take the title from City, and they most recently won this tournament in 2022 in Morocco. Madrid and City have been, by and large, the two best teams in Europe over the last few years.

There is also a little bad blood between the two powerhouses, as Real Madrid boycotted the Ballon d’Or ceremony, claiming Vinícius Júnior should have won over Rodri. Vini Junior is having another fantastic season at Real Madrid, who have now added Kylian Mbappé to a loaded team that includes Jude Bellingham.
However, they do have some injuries at the back. But they’re Real Madrid, and they can score against anyone in the world.
Bayern Munich (+500)
Bayern Munich failed to win the Bundesliga for the first time since 2012, despite signing Harry Kane in the previous offseason. Bayern is off to a sharp start this season and look eager to reclaim their crown in Germany. Their most recent win in the FIFA Club World Cup came in 2020 (technically, in February 2021 due to the pandemic) in Qatar, edging Mexico’s UANL for their second title.

Kane is scoring goals for fun, while Jamal Musiala has blossomed into one of the world’s most exciting players. New manager Vincent Kompany has his team playing well, although they lost to Bayer Leverkusen in the DFB-Pokal tournament.
That will be a good enough reason for Bayern to remain motivated, and on their day, they can beat anyone on the planet. There is some good value in their 2025 FIFA Club World Cup odds!
More FIFA Club World Cup Contenders
Here are three more contenders I’m considering in my 2025 FIFA Club World Cup predictions!
Inter Milan (+1200)
Inter Milan ran away with Serie A in Italy last season, winning the league by 19 points over their rivals, AC Milan. They even clinched the league in a derby meeting with their city rivals to pour salt into the wound.

The Italian champions won this event in 2010, and are well positioned to compete with the favorites at online sportsbooks! Lautauro Martinez is one of the best strikers in the world, and has a great partnership with Marcus Thuram. Hakan Çalhanoğlu is one of the most underrated midfielders in Europe, and they’re strong at the back.
If you’re looking for more betting value on a team that has a realistic chance of winning, Inter Milan is the move at +1200!
Al Hilal (+4000)
Al Hilal is an interesting option, hailing out of Saudi Arabia. They have spent a lot of money to bring in players like Neymar, Kalidou Koulibaly, Ruben Neves, and João Cancelo, among others. However, it hasn’t boosted the league’s profile.

Al Hilal has won the Saudi Pro League in four of the last five seasons, but a win in this tournament would do wonders for the team, and their league. That said, Neymar has battled injuries for most of his time in Saudi Arabia, and while they’re the pick of the Pro League, it remains to be seen if they can compete with Europe’s best (or even South America).
But based on the names, there is talent on the team, and stranger things have happened in soccer tournaments!
Inter Miami (+6600)
Inter Miami is even more of a longshot after they failed to win in Major League Soccer, getting dumped by Atlanta FC in the opening round of the playoffs. However, that didn’t stop Lionel Messi from being named the MLS MVP in his debut season.

— Inter Miami CF (@InterMiamiCF) December 6, 2024
Messi is joined by former Barcelona teammates Sergio Busquets, Luis Suárez, and Jordi Alba. They’re now managed by another former Barça player, Javier Mascherano, who also played with Messi for years on the Argentina national team. Busquets looked leggy at times this past season, but he could get up for one more tournament against premium competition.
The major issue I have with Inter Miami, is that this competition takes place in the middle of the MLS season, which affects them, along with Seattle Sounders FC in this tournament. It’ll be interesting to see how they navigate this with an older team. But if Messi is playing near his best, Inter Miami presents a massive value wager in these 2025 FIFA Club World Cup odds!
2025 FIFA Club World Cup Prediction and Betting Pick
There is still a long way to go to get to the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, and most, if not all, of these teams will deal with injuries throughout the season. Therefore, keep an eye on the squad lists during the season because the winner might simply come down to who is the healthiest.
I’m leaning towards Real Madrid at +400 as my early 2025 FIFA Club World Cup predictions. It would be a dream for the tournament if they could get Real and Manchester City in the final, and Real would definitely be up for that! The two staged an epic two-legged tie in last year’s Champions League quarterfinals, which Real won on penalties.
At +400, Real Madrid offers a little value for bettors, so I’m recommending the Spanish giants in my FIFA Club World Cup predictions!
