NFL 2025 Receiving Leader Odds

The following 2024-25 NFL most receiving yards odds are courtesy of BetUS:

PLAYERODDS
Tyreek Hill+600
CeeDee Lamb+700
Ja’Marr Chase+800
AJ Brown+900
Amon-Ra St. Brown+1000
Justin Jefferson+1000
Puka Nacua+1200
Garrett Wilson+1400
Drake London+1600
Davante Adams+2000

The Miami Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill (+600) is favored to lead the NFL in receiving in 2024-25. Last year, he won the receiving title in a wildly successful year with the Dolphins. He has a 14.3% implied probability of repeating as the leading receiver, so oddsmakers expect a close race.

CeeDee Lamb (+700) is the next likeliest wide receiver to record the most receiving yards. He and Dak Prescott are looking for another huge season together in the Dallas Cowboys’ offense. Oddsmakers afford him a decent chance of finishing first with the most yards at 12.5%.

With six players between +600 to +1000, there isn’t a clear betting favorite heading into the 2024-25 season! These odds to lead the league in receiving indicate that it should be another big year for receivers across the NFL.

Favorites to Lead NFL in Receiving Yards in 2024-25

The top favorites for the receiving title feature a few familiar faces. It’s a stacked field at the top sports betting sites, with several talented receivers having a strong chance. The most likely winners can be found below:

Tyreek Hill (+600)

    • Team: Miami Dolphins
    • Age: 30
    • 2023-24 Receiving Yards: 1,799 yards

Tyreek Hill has been a mismatch nightmare for defenses during his career. He’s taken it to the next level in the Miami Dolphins’ offense after being Patrick Mahomes’ No. 1 target in Kansas City.

Hill notched a career-high 1,710 yards in his first season with the Dolphins in 2023-23. He followed up the next season to break his former record with 1,799 yards to lead the NFL! Mahomes always scanned the field searching for Hill, but he preferred to work the ball around to multiple weapons.

This took away from Hill’s full potential from a statistical perspective. Dolphins’ quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has been locked into Hill and Jaylen Waddle. There are fewer mouths to feed in Miami, so Hill is routinely the go-to weapon for Tagovailoa!

The Dolphins should and probably will give running back De’Von Achane more touches this year. The youngster had a superb rookie season with 800 yards and 7.8 yards per attempt on 103 carries.

If the Dolphins can get more of a running game going, this offense should be doubly more dangerous and unpredictable to defend.

“Cheetah” is set for another standout campaign and is the primary weapon in the offense. However, Achane’s emergence might take away just enough targets from Hill to prevent him from repeating as the receiving champ in 2024-25.

CeeDee Lamb (+700)

    • Team: Dallas Cowboys
    • Age: 25
    • 2023-24 Receiving Yards: 1,749 yards

CeeDee Lamb is coming off a career year of his own. After logging 935, 1,102, and 1,359 yards in his first three seasons, Lamb had his best season yet in 2023-24. He finished with 135 receptions, 1,749 yards, and 12 touchdowns.

Lamb was just off the pace of Hill, so it was a strong year regardless of how you look at it for the star Cowboy. In addition to career-high numbers in receiving, he was targeted heavily by quarterback Dak Prescott.

The former Oklahoma Sooner star’s 181 targets last season is a career-high, which beats his previous high of 156 quite comfortably. Moreover, this was more than Hill’s 171 targets from a season ago.

Reliable tight end Dalton Schultz leaving for the Houston Texans helped give Lamb some more looks from Prescott. This season, Michael Gallup is out of Dallas after spending the first six years of his career in Arlington!

Running back Tony Pollard’s exit removes a weapon out of the backfield. Aging veteran Ezekiel Elliott returns to Dallas, but the running game isn’t what it used to be.

Lamb will continue to see an increased workload in the passing game this season. Consequently, the speedy and elusive 25-year-old receiver’s 2024-25 NFL receiving leader odds are worth a second look at +700!

Ja’Marr Chase (+800)

    • Team: Cincinnati Bengals
    • Age: 24
    • 2023-24 Receiving Yards: 1,216 yards

Ja’Marr Chase is another young and talented wide receiver showcased in the NFL this season. Heading into his fourth season in the NFL, Chase made a huge splash as a rookie in 2021-22.

The former LSU star recorded 1,455 yards and 13 touchdowns. He had a chance to break that mark last year, but the injury to quarterback Joe Burrow was too much to overcome. Jake Browning was a significant downgrade from the Burrow connection.

Chase finished the 2023-24 season with a respectable 1,216 yards and seven touchdowns. Despite not eclipsing a career-high in receiving yardage and touchdowns, Chase caught 100 receptions for the most of his time in the NFL.

Nevertheless, as long as Tee Higgins is in the offense, Chase will have difficulties finishing at the top of the league in receiving yards. Although Chase may very well be the most talented all-around receiver in the NFL, Higgins is a talented option, too!

Burrow won’t ignore Higgins, so Chase is less likely to have jaw-dropping statistical games like Hill and Lamb. I’d pass on Chase leading the NFL in receiving, as there isn’t much betting value at +800.

Sleepers for Most Receiving Yards

Wagering on the leading receiver should include a handful of sleepers on your NFL betting card. Some receivers will come out of the shadows to have huge campaigns.

Let’s take a look at the most likely sleepers in the NFL 2024-25 receiving yards leader odds:

  1. In Cooper Kupp’s absence last year, a new star emerged in the Los Angeles Rams’ offense. Matthew Stafford immediately found chemistry with fifth-round rookie Puka Nacua. The BYU product was the perfect fit in the slot for the Rams and Stafford.

Nacua was a reception and yardage machine as a rookie. He finished with 10 receptions, 1,486 yards, and six touchdowns in his first year! When Kupp returned to the field, Stafford still looked Nacua’s way often.

In his second season, expect Nacau to continue to grow in the Rams’ offense. He’s worth a look at +1200 odds to lead the league in receiving.

  2. The Atlanta Falcons will finally have a passer who will give the receivers a chance. Quarterback Kirk Cousins will enter his first season with the Falcons after six years in Minnesota. The Falcons have been looking for a capable quarterback since Matt Ryan exited.

One of the largest beneficiaries of Cousins’ arrival is Drake London. The third-year wide receiver is brimming with potential and a breakout campaign. With Cousins in Atlanta, look for London to take a monster leap forward. Last season, London recorded 905 yards in a dysfunctional offense.

London should smash his career-high and then take a run at the receiving title. With this in mind, consider London’s odds to lead the NFL in receiving at +1600!

  3. Stefon Diggs and C.J. Stroud are set to take the league by storm in 2024-25. The former Bill needed a change of scenery, and he landed in the perfect situation in Houston with the Texans.

Diggs goes to a high-flying pass-happy offense with Stroud at the controls. The QB passed for 4,108 yards, 23 touchdowns, and five interceptions in his rookie season. As a rookie, Stroud was fantastic under center for the Texans.

Adding Diggs to the mix should elevate the Texans’ offensive numbers. A rejuvenated Diggs is a dangerous thing for the rest of the league. I expect him to flirt with his career-high receiving yards of 1,535 from 2020-21.

He’ll need a couple of other receivers to sustain injuries, but Diggs is worth a shot at +2300.

NFL Receiving Leader Prediction and Pick

Although oddsmakers project Hill to repeat as the receiving leader, there is slightly stronger value on the board. With Achane likely seeing more carries in 2024-25, an extra 20 or 30 carries could allow another receiver to take Hills’ title.

Lamb was only 50 yards behind Hill last season. He had more targets and should lead in this department again, especially with Gallup in Las Vegas. He has improved in each of his previous three seasons: 1,102, 1,359, and 1,749 yards.

The 2024-25 season looks like another step up for Prescott and Lamb, so I recommend backing the Cowboys’ star receiver to lead the NFL in receiving!
