Among other virtues, it’s good to know that BetDSI supports bitcoin as well as numerous other deposit and withdrawal methods. The limits are sky-high too, and across the board for that matter. The Sportsbook
Our initial impression of the sportsbook at BetDSI was that it was super clean and very easy to navigate. As we looked at the page, we were able to locate everything that we were searching for quickly. Something that we really liked was the fact that we did not find a single ad on the page for the online casino. Many other online sportsbooks litter their sportsbook page with annoying ads for their online casino, and we’re happy that BetDSI is not following this trend.
On the left-hand side of the page, you’ll find the menu that will allow you to sort by sport. Once you select a sport, you can pick whichever league or sporting event that you want to wager on. BetDSI will then show you all available wagers along with the associated odds. If you’d like to go ahead and place a bet, BetDSI makes it fast and simple for you to get your wager in.
BetDSI does a great job of helping you find live action betting if you’re looking to bet on in-play sports. Located in the top menu bar, selecting “Live” will bring you to a page dedicated solely to in-play action. It’s great to see that BetDSI is making it easy for clients to find live action.

BetDSI has a great lineup of different sports that you can bet on. At the time of this review, BetDSI offered a total of 15 different sports available for wager. We’ve provided a list below of all sports available for wager at the time of our review. It’s worth noting that BetDSI only shows sports if they have active wagers available on it at that time. If you don’t see a sport listed below, be sure to check BetDSI’s website once that sport comes into season.

Overall, BetDSI brings a nice lineup of sports that you can bet on to their clients. BetDSI has all of the major sports covered and even has some harder-to-find options such as darts and handball. We’re especially happy to see that BetDSI is offering wagers on esports as this is a rapidly expanding area in the online sportsbook world.
Esports Coverage
As we noted in the list of sports you can bet on above, BetDSI offers clients the ability to wager on esports. Esports is probably the fastest-growing segment of sports betting at this time, so we’re definitely glad to see that BetDSI is offering action in esports. It’s good to see that BetDSI is keeping up with current industry trends as we’ve seen many of its competitors missing out on this hot trend.
BetDSI offers a pretty good selection of esports wagers. While we’ve seen some online sportsbooks with a slightly larger selection, BetDSI still has a solid lineup of options for their clients. Currently, BetDSI offers action on the following games: League of Legends, CS:GO, StarCraft, and DOTA 2.
User Interface
You’ll find two main menu bars on the main sportsbook page at BetDSI. On the left-hand side of the page, you’ll find the main sportsbook menu that allows you the ability to sort by sport. Across the top of the sportsbook, you’ll find another menu that gives you options for live betting and horse racing. We found it easy to locate what we were looking for at all times using the menus provided by BetDSI.
One thing we really liked about the sportsbook at BetDSI was they made it very easy to find live betting. Located on the main menu across the top bar, look for the “Live” section. Clicking on that link will take you to a section filled with the live action available at that time. Once you get to the live betting section, BetDSI makes it easy to find what you’re looking for with available bets broken out by sport type.
Something we would have liked to have seen at BetDSI’s sportsbook is the ability to sort by bet type. Currently, you’re only able to sort by type of sport. Adding in the ability to sort by bet type can help some clients find what they are looking for faster. This is especially true if someone is looking to place a certain type of wager regardless of what the sport is. Hopefully, we’ll see BetDSI offer this functionality at some point in the future.
We found the ability to easily change how our odds were displayed on their live betting page. Here, we were able to toggle between American, decimal, or Hong Kong style odds. This is a super nice touch. What baffled us a bit was this same functionality is a bit harder to find on the main sportsbook page. There, you have to click on “My Account” in the top right-hand corner of the page. From this screen, you can then select if you’d like to see American or decimal odds display. Unfortunately, the Hong Kong display is not an option from this screen.
Based on our experience using the site while completing our in-depth site review, BetDSI seems to be properly equipped from a site speed standpoint. BetDSI’s site was always fast to respond, and we did not come across any hiccups or delays. You should not have any concern about BetDSI’s site speed and your ability to quickly place wagers
The Casino
BetDSI has more than just a sportsbook to offer their clients. In addition to the sportsbook, you’ll also find an online casino available. BetDSI’s casino offers 41 slots, 24 table games, and 18 types of video poker. You’ll also find keno and scratch card game options on the BetDSI online casino.
The first thing we noticed about the BetDSI online casino was that they didn’t offer any live dealer games. This was a pretty big letdown for us since live dealer games are a pretty hot trend right now in the online casino industry. We’d highly suggest that BetDSI brings live dealer game options to their clients as soon as possible so that they are not left behind by their competition.
The next thing that we noticed about the online casino was that it just looked very low quality. Nothing about the BetDSI online casino jumped out and caught our attention as being really cool. If anything, the BetDSI online casino looked super dated. It seems clear to us that the online casino was an afterthought to the BetDSI team.
Something we didn’t see in the BetDSI online casino that we would have liked to have seen is name-brand games. While we found plenty of generic and knock-off games offered, BetDSI did not have any actual name-brand games to be found. If BetDSI were to invest some more funds, they could offer their clients some name-brand games much like many of their competitors do.
The online casino at BetDSI is pretty bad overall. It is rare that we come across an online casino that seems this dated. The bad graphics, knock-off games, and lack of live dealer games create a formula for a pretty poor online casino experience. Our hope is that BetDSI will invest more heavily in its online casino in the future so that it can be more in line with the rest of the industry. Right now, BetDSI’s online casino as it stands is way behind the majority of their competition.

Overall, BetDSI offers their clients a good variety of banking options for deposits and withdrawals. Based upon the available options offered by BetDSI, we do not expect that too many people would run into issues with moving their money onto or off of the website.

BetDSI offers some bonuses and promotions like most other online sportsbooks and casinos tend to do. These bonuses and promotions are a way for BetDSI to attract new customers as well as working to try to retain current ones. Welcome Bonus
If you’re new to BetDSI, you can score a welcome bonus equal to 100% of your initial deposit. Under the terms of their Welcome Bonus offer, BetDSI offers you the chance to earn up to $600 via a 100% match on your initial deposit. This 100% match is split 50/50 between the sportsbook and the online casino at BetDSI.
Here’s how it works. Let’s say that you sign up at BetDSI and make an initial deposit of $600. For this promotion, BetDSI will then give you a $300 bonus for the sportsbook and a $300 bonus for the online casino. In total, you’ll have $1,200 of available funds to spend on BetDSI thanks to your $600 initial deposit and the $600 of bonus cash from the Welcome Bonus offer.
- First, the minimum deposit to participate in this promotion is $50

If you’re a fan of betting on horse races, BetDSI has a great promotion you should consider taking advantage of. Under the terms of the 8% Rebate Promotion, you can earn up to 8% cash back on your horse racing wagers. Below, we’ve broken out bonus levels based upon what type of wager you place.
- 3% cash rebate on all Win, Place, and Show wagers placed on the internet.
- 5% cash rebate on all exotic wagers placed by phone.
- 2% cash rebate on all Win, Place, and Show wagers placed by phone.
- 8% cash rebate on all exotic wagers placed on the internet.
There are a couple of great things about this promotion. First, the cash rebate is paid daily back into your account, so you don’t have to wait forever to receive it. Secondly, there is no maximum on how much you can earn. You can literally bet tens of thousands of dollars and these cash rebates will still apply! Lastly, you don’t need to do anything to get this bonus cash. BetDSI will automatically credit the cash rebate to your account on a daily basis. There is no need to sign up or claim it anywhere as you are automatically enrolled!
Refer A Friend Promotion
At BetDSI, you can earn some cash by referring your friends to also wager at the BetDSI site. Under the terms of their Refer A Friend Promotion, you can earn a bonus equal to 20% of your friend’s initial deposit up to $50. In order to get the maximum bonus, your friend would need to deposit $250 so that you could earn a $50 bonus.
There are a few things worth noting about this promotion.
- First, your friend must deposit at least $50 in order for you to earn your 20% bonus.
- Secondly, you must have an active BetDSI account before you can receive a referral bonus.
- Lastly, any bonus that you receive through the Refer A Friend Promotion is subject to a 3x rollover requirement.
Overall, we’re highly unimpressed with the lineup of promotions and bonuses that BetDSi brings to the table. Their list of bonuses and promotions is much shorter than we tend to see from other sites. We were really surprised that we didn’t find any reload bonuses or casino-related promotions at all. In order to remain competitive, BetDSI needs to consider adding in more bonuses and promotions. Hopefully, we’ll see them bring more to the table in the future. Our suggestion would be that they add in more sportsbook-related promotions like reload bonuses and some casino-related promotions.

BetDSI does not disappoint when it comes to customer service. In total, they offer clients three different contact options in order to reach their customer service team. Currently, you can utilize phone, email, or live chat to reach the BetDSI customer service team. We consider these three options to be the trifecta of customer service options as it allows clients a great variety of methods to reach customer service.
If you’d like to use the phone to contact BetDSI customer service, they’ve got a toll-free number set up for you to use. The toll-free number for BetDSI is 1-822-223-8374. The phone support line for BetDSI is manned 24/7, so you can reach them at any time.
If email is your preferred method of contact, BetDSI also has you covered as well. BetDSI has a team monitoring emails 24/7, so you should expect to get a fast response to your email. During our review, we sent BetDSI several emails, and we received fast responses and helpful replies from their team. As a whole, BetDSI brings a great customer service offering to the table. Their 24/7 support coupled with three great methods of contact create a winning combination. Based on our experience with the BetDSI team, we don’t expect that you’ll have any issue getting your questions answered or issues resolved.
